Use of This Site

This website connects prospective commercial drivers with trucking companies and carriers. By submitting any form on this site, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information, including about your license status, driving experience, and employment history.

No Guarantee of Placement

Submitting an application or inquiry does not guarantee employment, placement, an interview, or a response within any particular timeframe. All placements are subject to carrier review, license and record verification, and applicable federal and state regulatory requirements.

No Cost to Drivers

We do not charge drivers any fee for recruiting or placement services. Our services are compensated by our carrier partners on a placement-fee basis.

We Are Not the Employer

T&S Group Consulting LLC is not the employer of record for driving positions we help fill. Pay, benefits, schedules, equipment, and all other terms and conditions of employment are set by the hiring carrier, not by us.

Verification and Background Checks

Placement typically requires verification of your commercial driver's license, motor vehicle record, and prior employment. We conduct these checks only with your authorization, and share results only with carriers considering you for a position.

Communications

By providing your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your application or inquiry. Text messaging is governed separately by our SMS Terms & Consent and requires your specific consent.

Limitation of Liability

Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes. T&S Group Consulting LLC is not liable for decisions made based on information provided through this site, or for the acts or omissions of any carrier or employer with whom you are placed.
