SMS Terms & Consent

These terms apply to text messages sent by T&S Group Consulting LLC to drivers, applicants, and carrier contacts who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them.

How You Opt In

You opt in by submitting a form on this website and checking the consent checkbox, which is not checked by default and is not required in order to submit the form. You may also opt in verbally during a recruiting call, in which case we record the date and time consent was given. You can also start messages by texting START to our number.

Messages You Can Expect

By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from T&S Group Consulting LLC relating to:

• Confirmation that we received your driver application
• Screening questions and requests for documents such as your CDL or MVR
• Scheduling and confirming calls, interviews, and orientation
• Updates on the status of your application or placement
• Driving positions matching the experience and preferences you gave us
• For carrier contacts, follow-up on staffing inquiries and candidate matches

We do not send promotional or marketing messages unrelated to your application or inquiry.

Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies and depends on the status of your application or inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after that. You can opt back in at any time by replying START.

Consent Is Not a Condition
